C Management can help tenants review their lease conditions and assess what is needed from a makegood and repair perspective. Typically, these items are handed back to the Landlord and with that comes a price premium for makegood/repair. We can help manage the process, engage the right contractors, remove racking etc in order to save you time and make it more cost efficient. 


 Make Good Obligations

  • Return the premises to the agreed condition as specified in the lease agreement
  • This may range from a cold shell where the entire fit-out is removed, to restoring the property to its original condition, minus reasonable wear and tear
  • Remove and dispose or relocate Racking & storage equipment
  • Obligations can include removing renovations or fit-out changes, repainting walls, and re-carpeting floors


Repair and Maintenance

  • Ensure the property is in good and tenantable repair
  • Repair any damage, except for reasonable wear and tear or damage from specific events like fire or flood
  • Clean the premises thoroughly
  • Repair or replace fixtures and fittings as necessary
  • Ensure infrastructure for services is in good repair
